“The facts about water and your health continued…”

water

To follow on from that theme last time it was also noted that water filters can reverse the build up, of calcium carbonate, provided of course that no major damage has already been done to any internal tissue.

Filtered water is the purest and safest water for the whole family, including infants to drink.

People who drink pure filtered water have reported the following:

  • a feeling of wellbeing and increased energy
  • a complete elimination or dramatic improvement from arthritic pains.
  • stiff joints have become free again.
  • reduction in headaches.
  • improved skin condition and brighter eyes elimination of allergies.
  • sleeping much better.
  • loss of excessive weight.
  • elimination of kidney stones, through size reduction relieved constipation.
  • recovery from chemical poisoning

In the picture below notice the difference between healthy water and typical tap water, this is indicative of unfiltered waters poor health. Scientists have determined that our own cells (the body’s Cellular water) and our DNA are also composed of these six sided clusters, like the picture of the spring or wellness water.

Drink lots and lots of water

To be specific, drink 2 to 2 ½ litres of water a day. Exercise and drinking other liquids like soft drinks, increase your body’s requirements for water. So when you do so, it would be a very good idea to drink more water.

How do you drink water is an often asked question? Don’t Gulp it, Do sip it, Don’t drink it cold (not ice cold or straight from the fridge.), Do drink it at room temperature. Drink it consciously, and the rest is personal preference. Consciously means being aware when you are drinking the water.

Feeling it, tasting it, smelling it, feeling it in your mouth with every swallow you take. This is drinking it consciously. This will help your body process and metabolise the water better, meaning you will not have to drink as much and will have to go to the bathroom less.

The only thing that counts as water is filtered water. Your body only “gets” water from water. Technically soft drinks, juices, tea, coffee, do give you some water, but if you are going to get enough water from them you need to drink 10-20 times the amount of liquids. For a 60 kg person, they would need over 25 litres of “other liquids”. Plus if the other liquid is soft drink or coffee, it is going to cause more harm than the water in it will do good. So, just stick to good old fashioned plain filtered water.

Drinking filtered water can encourage the body to heal from; stomach pain, ulcers, hiatus hernia, false appendix pain, rheumatoid arthritis pain, low back and neck pain, angina (heart pain), stress and depression, high and low blood pressure, high cholesterol, excess body weight, asthma, allergies, diabetes, sleeping problems, anxiety, mood swings, memory loss, poor clarity of thought, and nervousness, just to name a few.

Wouldn’t it also make sense then that if you drink filtered water and the body can heal these conditions, then by drinking filtered water it would also prevent some of these conditions from happening? Plus more…

Unfortunately most people, don’t drink enough water on a daily basis. Researchers today believe that it is essential to drink at least 6 to 8 glasses (2 to 2.5 litres) of water per day if you are going to perform at your best.

Unfortunately most people don’t follow this simple guideline for good health. The result is that over 90 percent of the public do not digest their foods efficiently, they retain too much fat and expose themselves to years of accumulated toxins.

Many experts now agree that a major contributor to illness is inadequate hydration of the body along with poor waste elimination. By increasing your hydration levels has been shown to increase your body’s ability to transport vital nutrients to cells and to flush unwanted waste out of the system. This combined effect may be the single most important thing you can do to improve the efficiency of your body, to feel better, and to get you onto a long term path of optimum health.
